Purpose of Creation Station
The purpose of Creation Station is the exploration and expansion of consciousness to access creativity, with an emphasis in sound, visual, tactile, and literary arts. This program is trained by Monroe Institute Guest Trainer Ignacio Diaz, Jr.
Participants of Creation Station Residential Program will enjoy a weeklong residency at Monroe Institute. During the program, participants will discover new ways to access untapped creative sources through consciousness exploration. With the practice of exercises supported by Monroe Sound Science, participants reach expanded states of awareness, which provide access to creative impulses, potentials, and inspiration. Following these exercises, participants will have ample opportunity to create alone or in collaboration with fellow participants. The experience is enhanced by the beautiful backdrop of nature found in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where Monroe Institute is located.
During the weeklong residency, participants are provided housing, meals, and time to rest, create and recreate. Throughout the program the group will meet for presentations and discussion centered on the exploration of consciousness and creativity, that can be accessed easily with Monroe Sound Science.
Creation Station Virtual Retreat, is a 2 ½ day real-time interactive online retreat, which is held on Friday, 3pm-6pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm, eastern time (unless otherwise noted.) The program will be conducted using Zoom Meeting, a popular online platform for video conferencing and interactive online instruction. Audio exercises will be streamed through the Zoom platform and also available for streaming through your Monroe account during the retreat.
